Jump Start Affiliate Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Jump Start Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"). This Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in our program.
2. Affiliate Enrolment
To become an affiliate, interested individuals must request to be added to the Jump Start Affiliate Program by emailing info@JSUPortal.com. Jump Start reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a commission of 40% of the total subscription fees for customers referred through their unique affiliate link. Commissions are earned as long as the referred customers maintain an active subscription.
4. Affiliate Link
Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program, affiliates will be provided with a unique affiliate link. This link is used to track customer referrals, and cookies associated with the affiliate link are valid for 30 days. Commissions are attributed to the appropriate affiliate if the referred customer makes a purchase within this 30-day period.
5. Payment Schedule
End of every month, we pay our affiliates for the Paying Referrals of that specific month. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to ensure timely payments.
6. Active Subscriptions
Commissions are earned only for active subscriptions. If a referred customer cancels or suspends their subscription or they are still on a free trial base, the affiliate will not receive commissions for that period.
7. Request for Program Participation Changes
Affiliates can request to be added or removed from the Jump Start Affiliate Program by sending an email to info@JSUPortal.com. Jump Start will process such requests within a reasonable time.
8. Payment Methods
Payments will be made through the payment method specified by the affiliate. It is the affiliate's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
9. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their marketing and promotional activities. Jump Start reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program for any violation of these terms.
10. Modification of Terms
Jump Start reserves the right to modify the terms of the Affiliate Program, including commission rates and payment schedules, with notice provided to affiliates. Continued participation in the program after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
