By accessing or using the Jump Start ("JSU") services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Jump Start provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform aimed at helping you build your successful Online System. These services are accessible through the website JSUPortal.com .
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment details and billing information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Standard Subscription: $87 Monthly / $797 Annually
Unlimited Subscription: $247 Monthly / $2223 Annually
Premium Subscription: $447 Monthly / $3997 Annually
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only applicable within the first 72 hours after the initial charge. To cancel a subscription for the next billing cycle, customers must email info@JSUPortal.com at least 72 hours before their subscription renewal date.
5. Use of Services
You agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to unauthorized access, data mining, and transmission of harmful code.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Jump Start, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jump Start and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
Jump Start shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
